Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (when available)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International Delivery Times

• Standard International Shipping: 14-30 business days (varies by destination)
• Expedited International Shipping: 7-14 business days (when available)

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at luisapereira1953@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
